- Classes meet once a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Because the classes are individualized, levels of experience and ages are integrated.
- Since oil painting takes time to dry, most students work on 2 paintings at a time: One work can be from a reference of a master painter; the other can be a painting of the student’s choice.
- Aside from discussing the particular artist’s techniques and methods, we also learn about the life and times of that painter.
- Students who are experienced work on paintings of their choice.
- Classes are offered on:
- Tuesdays at 4:45 to 6:15 and 6:15 to 8:15.
- Wednesdays 9:15 to 11:15; 3:15 to 5:15; and 5:15 to 7:15.
- Thursdays 4:45 to 6:45.
